Payment and Shipping to Germany

Within Germany we offer a flat rate of €3.20 per order, regardless of weight.

Delivery times

Delivery within Germany takes approx. 2–4 business days. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, it starts the day after your order. If you pay by bank transfer in advance, it starts the day after your payment reaches our account.

Most orders paid by 12 noon are shipped the same day, and your parcel often arrives the next business day.

International Orders (outside Germany)

We ship after prepayment via bank transfer to our bank account (see above).

EU countries

Shipping within EU countries starts at €4.50 per order (depending on total weight). Transit time is usually 2–3 days. Please note that you bear the shipping costs for returns.

Worldwide (non-EU)

Worldwide shipping to non-EU countries starts at €10 (depending on weight). You can shop tax-free, meaning you pay net prices.

Shipping time depends on processing at customs. Please be prepared to pay taxes and duties according to the regulations in your country.
