Please note that Kumja works best with zippers that show the letters "YKK". Though we do our best to provide adapters for other brands too. Please read "How does it work" for further explanations.

The Winterkumja is black, has a high-quality insulation and expands your jacket by about 25 cm with a length of about 70 cm.

It comes with a bag and a pair of black side bars that cover the zippers. You can give your Winterkumja an individual look by ordering additional side bars.

The extension panel may be washed at 30 deg.

Obermaterial: 65% Polyester, 35% Baumwolle
Füllung: 100% Polyester (3M Thinsulate Platinum)

Pflege: Die Jackenerweiterung kann bei 30°C in der Maschine gewaschen werden. Dabei nur auf geschlossene Klettverbindungen achten oder Blenden und Kordeleinheit ganz entfernen.

Greetings from Holland. It’s summer right now but in two months time we will take a trip to Iceland. Newly pregnant, my own wintercoat didn’t fit anymore let alone in two months time. Where can you buy winter jackets in summer? Not in shops near me! I’m very glad I found Kumja - so I can keep wearing my expensive outdoor jacket which was perfect for our holiday before I grew out of it. I’ve since attached the Kumja to my jacket and I’m stoked for our holiday!

The Kumja is sturdy and my order arrived quick (two times - as I did chose the wrong zipper adapter first (metal / plastic zipper confusion), but the next time it was a succes thanks to hubby’s help and the configurator.

I was really desiring an effective but nice solution for having free hands and warm baby at the same time and this is it!!
Selection of the adapter on the web is the most difficult thing, but it is really well organized and gave to me good results (2 of 2)!
The quality of the product, particularly of the finishes is very high, with a great value for money!
I'll purchase a further adapter for my husband and a new Winterkumja as present!
